Job Description:
The Miin Wu School of Computing (SOC) at National Cheng Kung University invites applications for faculty positions of all ranks starting as early as Spring 2023. The SOC is looking for talents who agree and can contribute to our vision:
• To establish a world-leading school in computing science, technology, and applications that fulfill social needs;
• To cultivate innovative, bilingual talents with both domain-specific and computing expertise, capable of conducting requirements analysis and system design in certain application domains.
As such, we are looking for independent, creative, open and ambitious minds. Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in Computer Architecture, Near/in-memory Computing and Neuromorphic Computing fields; have established or exhibit potential to establish a strong research program, commensurate with the rank they are seeking; and be committed to excellence in teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Qualifications
• Having earned PhD in related fields
• Having strong interest in computing-centric, cross-disciplinary fields
