Our college is driven by the core vision of advancing Intelligent Computing, aiming to establish a cross-disciplinary innovation platform that integrates artificial intelligence, edge computing, big data analytics, and system integration. Through a dual-track R&D strategy combining both “Top-Down” and “Bottom-Up” approaches, we systematically promote two flagship programs that align with national development priorities and connect with the forefront of global technology, shaping a blueprint for innovation in intelligent computing and its transformation into industry applications.
The first flagship program focuses on precision medicine and semiconductor-driven edge computing. It brings together clinical physicians, data scientists, biomedical engineering experts, AI algorithm researchers, and hardware-software system developers. Leveraging semiconductor technologies, this program builds a comprehensive technology framework covering AI diagnostic model training, clinical decision support systems, and smart device prototyping. By advancing the integrated analysis of gene chips and high-throughput sequencing data, the program combines high academic value with strong clinical application potential, actively driving the deployment and internationalization of intelligent healthcare systems.

Both flagship programs are grounded in intelligent computing and aim to deepen key technologies while expanding application domains. Through the college platform, we integrate internal and external research resources, foster industry-academic collaboration, and engage with global partners. Guided by a global perspective and national priorities, the college strives to become a world-leading hub for intelligent computing innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and pioneering applications.
